I'm a management engineer with experience working in international multinationals. I'm a project manager with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. My goal is to bring the company to high standards of efficiency and profitability, while maintaining the values intrinsic to our medium-sized, family-run business, where we pay close attention and respect to every single employee who contributes to Olympia Ceramica's success every day. Together with my colleague Gianluca Campioni, we ensure that the company's administrative and financial management is always updated and monitored, creating the tools necessary for effective management control.
